Fistral Blue, Newquay, Cornwall (Sold)

Paintings of surfers. Surfing is big in Cornwall, huge at Polzeath. I spend hours taking photographs of surfers - trying to capture the fascinating shapes of their silouettes and their boards and somehow to soak up the laid-back atmosphere created there. I love the challenge of translating these ideas onto canvas.
